Presidential Transpo had been sending emails since 2012 using Mailchimp, but over time, their efforts became stagnant. Despite building an email list of 2,457 contacts, they stopped distributing regular newsletters, leading to a lack of engagement.
In 2023, Yuse Belli stepped in to revitalize their email marketing strategy. We introduced a fresh, engaging email newsletter format that highlighted upcoming events in the Seattle area, complete with descriptions, pictures, and event links. This new approach sparked renewed interest, resulting in open rates between 500-775 and 12-22 link clicks per email. As a result, Presidential Transpo has seen increased business inquiries and positive replies from subscribers thanking them for the valuable information.
